Extensive mapping, analysis, petrophysical modelling, and thermal maturation modelling were performed in the Southern Delaware Basin. These graphics show a brief summary of some of this work.
This work was performed through extensive querying, QA/QC of quality logs for prospective targets, regional correlations of sub-targets within the Bone Spring and Wolfcamp benches, core-to-log petrophysical ties, extensive mapping, and recontouring. The petrophysical models developed exhibited a strong regression correlation to competitor models. These results are extremely similar to those presented in investigations done by industry leading vendors and operators.
The thermal maturity models correlate well to produced fluids, and are based upon publicly available thermal maturity data for the region.
These analyses form the essentials for accessing the prospectivity of reservoir targets.
Similar analyses are available upon request.
